He was quiet. But he was honest. He only ever said what he meant, even if it hurt. He was abrasive, sarcastic. I only saw him smile a few times. He was tired but he never let anyone see it. I think he knew he was going soon because he got softer near the end. He was never a physical or emotional person, but he hugged me more in his last few weeks. He was always eating rice or playing a video game. He was covered in tattoos and always changing his hair. He was picky about his smokes and he was the most selfless person I’ve ever met.
